This represents a rollup of a series of reverts, simplified are
modifications to remove fiq_glue and fiq_debugger references in:

arch/arm/common/Kconfig
arch/arm/common/Makefile
drivers/staGing/android/Kconfig
drivers/staGing/android/Makefile

And deletion of:

arch/arm/common/fiq_glue.S
arch/arm/common/fiq_glue_setup.c
drivers/staGing/android/fiq_debugger/
