Subject: [PATCH] lib/vsprintf.c: fix interaction of kasprintf() and
 vsnprintf() when using %pV

Otherwise, the warning at the top of vsnprintf() gets triggered by
kvasprintf()'s first invocation (with NULL buffer and zero size) of
vsnprintf().
