Register fields added: FEAT_REG_HORIZONTALACCU, FEAT_REG_VERTICALACCU DSS Features added: FEAT_LINEBUFFERSPLIT, FEAT_ROWREPEATENABLE, FEAT_RESIZECONF _dispc_set_scaling() and _dispc_set_rotation_attrs() have been cleaned up.
