Rename \wcf\system\event\listener\IEventListener to IParameterizedEventListener

This is for BC reasons, as PHP does not allow using a class of another
namespace when a class with the same name already exists within the same
namespace. IParameterizedEventListener will be aliased to IEventListener
when \wcf\system\event\IEventListener is removed.

Add missing canViewPreview check in AttachmentBBCode

If an image is posted and the active user may download it but may not view previews, a broken image was shown as preview because AttachmentPage correctly checks this permission.

memory_limit must be now at least 128 MB (from: recommended)

Certain actions, e.g. handling update servers or rebuilding the style can easily hit the 64 MB mark, causing the script to be halted. Except for some super poor rip-off webspaces this is not going to cause any real trouble.
