The default page of an `<iframe>` is `about:blank` which has a light background
color. In case the newsfeed loads slowly or fails to load entirely, there will
be a big white block in a dark mode ACP which looks odd.

Fix this issue by setting the `<iframe>` to be `visibility: hidden` until the
contents are available. Additionally a spinner is shown while the iframe is
hidden.

The previous regex was incorrect (by attempting to support backslash escapes in
HTML attributes), incomprehensible and inefficient (by allowing for
catastrophic backtracking).

Replace it by a much simpler and more correct version that matches:

- Anything between `<` and `>`.
- That starts with an optional `/` for the closing tag.
- Followed by a single a-zA-Z letter.
- Followed by anything not `>`, except when `>` is either correctly singly or
  doubly quoted.
