Improved test.php to properly validate the return value
Most nginx setups seem to simply throw a server error if a path_info is present and not resolvable by default. In some environments no error is thrown, but the path_info is still flawed.

These constants are only true for file system access, but are not guaranteed to be working on the webserver. Please read the error message carefully, it provides the correct replacement for the used constant.

Disable OpenSSL password generation for PHP < 5.4.0
OpenSSL random byte generation is painful slow due to a bug in PHP 5.3, causing a delay of up to 15 seconds until the bytes are returned. Even though this decreases the potential security, it is simply not usable in affected versions.
