include/linux/kernel.h: hide internal macros from userspace

Unexpose to userland the following macros
 - __FUNCTION__
 - NUMA_BUILD
 - COMPACTION_BUILD
 - REBUILD_DUE_TO_FTRACE_MCOUNT_RECORD
