From: Steven Rostedt Date: Wed, 3 Dec 2008 20:36:59 +0000 (-0500) Subject: ftrace: trace single pid for function graph tracer X-Git-Url: https://git.stricted.de/?a=commitdiff_plain;h=804a685162a7080386714166776f57255a75238e;p=GitHub%2Fmoto-9609%2Fandroid_kernel_motorola_exynos9610.git ftrace: trace single pid for function graph tracer Impact: New feature This patch makes the changes to set_ftrace_pid apply to the function graph tracer. # echo $$ > /debugfs/tracing/set_ftrace_pid # echo function_graph > /debugfs/tracing/current_tracer Will cause only the current task to be traced. Note, the trace flags are also inherited by child processes, so the children of the shell will also be traced.
