From: NeilBrown Date: Wed, 22 Jun 2005 00:17:21 +0000 (-0700) Subject: [PATCH] md: enable the bitmap write-back daemon and wait for it. X-Git-Url: https://git.stricted.de/?a=commitdiff_plain;h=77ad4bc706fe6c52ab953f31c287a6af712d080c;p=GitHub%2FLineageOS%2Fandroid_kernel_samsung_universal7580.git [PATCH] md: enable the bitmap write-back daemon and wait for it. Currently we don't wait for updates to the bitmap to be flushed to disk properly. The infrastructure all there, but it isn't being used.... A separate kernel thread (bitmap_writeback_daemon) is needed to wait for each page as we cannot get callbacks when a page write completes.
