Fix CamelCase names:

localCrashCreateBusMsg => local_crash_bus_msg
localCrashCreateDevMsg => local_crash_dev_msg
localSavedCrashMsgOffset => local_crash_msg_offset
localSavedCrashMsgCount => local_crash_msg_count
Away => cleanup

Update all references to use the fixed names.
