Changes:
 o Renamed cfcnfg_del_adapt_layer to cfcnfg_disconn_adapt_layer
 o Fixed typo cfcfg to cfcnfg
 o Renamed linkid to channel_id
 o Updated documentation in caif_dev.h
 o Minor formatting changes
