g12: Move architecture flags to generic variant

* Some recent native crashes on b4s4 have led me to believe
  that we're all better off doing generic archs, as silent
  crashing code sucks...

* Additionally, we are `cortex-a53` and not `cortex-a53.a57`
  so, remedy that as well.
