Delete the following unused types, and unused function prototypes:

VISORCHIPSET_SWITCH_INFO
VISORCHIPSET_EXTERNALPORT_INFO
VISORCHIPSET_INTERNALPORT_INFO
visorchipset_get_switch_info()
visorchipset_get_externalport_info()
