Add #define pr_fmt(fmt) KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt
Remove #define PFX
Use pr_<level>
Use netdev_<level>
Use netif_<level> and netif_msg_<test>
Remove local #define net_<test> macros
Remove periods from formats
