mmc: fix cb710 kconfig dependency warning

Fix kconfig dependency warning to satisfy dependencies:

  warning: (MMC_CB710 && MMC && PCI) selects CB710_CORE which has
  unmet direct dependencies (MISC_DEVICES && PCI)
