committerJames Bottomley <James.Bottomley@HansenPartnership.com>
Mon, 7 Apr 2008 17:19:07 +0000 (12:19 -0500)
This patch removes function declarations with moving some
functions. This cleans up them a bit to silence checkpatch.pl. There
is no functional change.
