* pci/domain:
  ARM/PCI: Move to generic PCI domains
  CNS3xxx: Remove artificial dependency on pci_sys_data domain.
  PCI: Move domain assignment from arm64 to generic code

* pci/hotplug:
  PCI: Delete unnecessary NULL pointer checks
