Add whitespaces around '&', '||' and '&&' as the codingStyle of the kernel
recommends.

Fix checkpatch.pl errors:
ERROR: spaces required around that '||' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: spaces required around that '&&' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: need consistent spacing around '&'
