This resolves a nonobvious merge conflict that I got wrong the
first time.

  bus: brcmstb_gisb: save and restore GISB timeout
  bus: brcmstb_gisb: register the fault code hook
  ARM: brcmstb: Kconfig: drop unneeded symbol selections
  ARM: brcmstb: reintroduce SMP support
