o Updated ethtool -d <ethX> option to display ring indices for Transmit(Tx),
  Receive(Rx), and Status(St) rings.
o Updated ethtool -d <ethX> option to display ring interrupt mask for Transmit(Tx),
  and Status(St) rings.
