Use __SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED to initialize bad_irq_desc.lock

SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED is deprecated as lockdep cannot properly work with
locks initialized with it.

This fix is necessary to compile the linux-rt tree for ARM.
