Infrastructure changes:

  * Refactor unit and scale function parameters for PMU parsing routines. (Matt Fleming)

  * Improve DSO long names lookup with rbtree, resulting in great speedup for
    workloads with lots of DSOs. (Waiman Long)

  * Fix build breakage on arm64 targets. (Will Deacon)
