Is it meaningful/useful to enable EFI_VARS but not EFI?
That's what GOOGLE_SMI does.  Make it enable EFI also.

Fixes this kconfig dependency warning:

warning: (GOOGLE_SMI) selects EFI_VARS which has unmet direct dependencies (EFI)
