Blackfin arch: fix bug - Dmacopy failed in BF537-STAMP

Dmacopy failed in BF537-STAMP when copy from SRAM to SDRAM and kernel
will reboot automatically.

Fixing by doing a SSYNC before mucking with DMA registers
