[ALSA] hda-codec - Define pin configs for MacBooks

Define pin configs for MacBook and MacBook Pro with STAC92xx codecs.
The latter is detected automatically by checking codec SSID now.
Also, fixed the documentation regarding available modeliof sigmatel
codec chips.
