Impact: cleanup

Remove such constructs:

 #ifdef CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK
        call early_printk
 #else
        call printk
 #endif

Not only are they ugly, they are also pointless: a call to printk()
maps to early_printk during early bootup anyway, if CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK
is enabled.
