This patch modified INT/INTCAM/DISP/CAM suspend frequency.
INT 667 -> 100 MHz
INTCAM 690 -> 650 MHz
DISP 533 -> 167 MHz
CAM 690 -> 640 MHz

This patch sync to ect file.
