Removes DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE from drivers/misc/genwqe/card_base.c,
drivers/misc/genwqe/card_base.c, and drivers/misc/vmw_vmci/vmci_guest.c
in preferance of a "real" structure definition.
