staging: comedi: ni_labpc: convert printk() to dev_...()

Convert the `printk()` calls in this driver to use the `dev_...()` calls
where possible, or the `pr_...()` calls otherwise.  Remove the ifdefed
out code that prints the EEPROM contents.
