Fix:

  arch/cris/arch-v10/kernel/irq.c:239: error: implicit declaration of function 'kgdb_init'
  arch/cris/arch-v10/kernel/irq.c:240: error: implicit declaration of function 'breakpoint'

Declare these two functions.
