USB_MUSB_HDRC depends on USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED.  If HDRC is selected
but DUALSPEED is not, the kernel oopses:

This patch changes Kconfig so that USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED is selected
automatically by USB_MUSB_HDRC.
