usb: chipidea: udc: fix the oops after rmmod gadget
When we rmmod gadget, the ci->driver needs to be cleared.
Otherwise, when we plug in usb cable again, the driver will
consider gadget is there, and go to enumeration procedure,
but in fact, it was removed.
