h265: After seek DV streaming, Picture probabilistic color error. [1/2]

PD#SWPL-27754

Problem:
After seek, the decoded data is stored in aux buffer
because of some dirty data in front.

Solution:
After decoding the header, reset the prefix_aux_buf_pos.
