arm64: dts: sti6140d350: Enable IR

* wade has an IR module, and it's stock remote works with it,
  even in recovery, which is awesome.
* `arch/arm64/boot/dts/amlogic/Makefile` apparently had no
  UNIX file-end newline, so now it does.
