Merge branch 'locking-urgent-for-linus' of git://git./linux/kernel/git/tip/tip

Pull locking fix from Thomas Gleixner:
 "A single commit, which makes the rtmutex.wait_lock an irq safe lock.

  This prevents a potential deadlock which can be triggered by the rcu
  boosting code from rcu_read_unlock()"
