V4L/DVB (6981): Fix bugzillas 9686 and 9691

IR were not working for Winfast XP 2000 TV.

This patch fixes CodingStyle and commits the hack. I suspect that the proper
solution would be to find the proper mask_keydown for this IR. Anyway, better
to have this patch as a workaround.
