dopinder: Decommonize libsecmem

* While this works fine on deadpool's newer liboemcrypto,
  wade/dopinder and the rest of the g12* family's liboemcrypto's
  don't play nicely with the newer libsecmem, so they will need
  to continue using older versions of it.
