media_modules: remove tuner and demod attach [2/4]

PD#SWPL-39474

Problem:
remove tuner and demod attach.

Solution:
1.remove tuner and demod attach.
2.remove tuner and demod dts property.
3.dvb_extern_register_frontend()/dvb_extern_unregister_frontend().

Verify:
Verified by ac214, ac232, ah212.
