ath9k: fix lockdep warning when unloading module

ath9k: fix lockdep warning when unloading module

Since txq->axq_lock may be hold in softirq context, it must be
acquired with spin_lock_bh() instead of spin_lock() if softieq is
enabled.

The patch fixes the lockdep warning below when unloading ath9k modules.
