Staging: hv: hv_mouse: delete mouse_vsc.c

Staging: hv: hv_mouse: delete mouse_vsc.c

Move the mouse_vsc.c file into hv_mouse_drv.c as it makes
no sense to have two files here, as we don't have to worry about the
"closed vs. open" split that this code was originally written for.
