[COMMON] fimc-is2: Changed the scaler_set/get_wdma_addr function to suuport FRO

To support FRO function, followings are changed.
- get_wdma_addr_arr was added.
- fimc_is_scaler_set/get_wdma[0,1,2,3,4,ds]_addr was deleted.
