staging: wilc1000: remove define CONNECT_DIRECT

The driver use CONNECT_DIRECT define as always. No need to provide as feature.
This patch removes ifdef/ifndef CONNECT_DIRECT line and it's related codes
inside ifndef CONNECT_DIRECT.
