arm/config: support for hid-nintendo driver

CTS will test this device so we should enable it in the
kernel config
CTS cases:
run cts -m CtsHardwareTestCases -t
android.hardware.input.cts.tests.NintendoSwitchProTest#testAllKeys
android.hardware.input.cts.tests.NintendoSwitchProTest#testAllMotions
