arm64: renesas: salvator-common: sound clock-frequency needs descending order

arm64: renesas: salvator-common: sound clock-frequency needs descending order

It will be used ADG clock initial settings, and will be
sound codec's initial system clock which needs maximum clock frequency.
Thus, descending order is required
