Pull x86 IOSF platform updates from Ingo Molnar:
 "IOSF (Intel OnChip System Fabric) updates:

   - generalize the IOSF interface to allow mixed mode drivers: non-IOSF

   - add 'Quark X1000' IOSF/MBI support
