Merge branch 'treewide/cleanup' into late/tegra

* treewide/cleanup:
  ARM: use "depends on" for SoC configs instead of "if" after prompt
  ARM/clocksource: use automatic DT probing for ux500 PRCMU
  ARM: use const and __initconst for smp_operations
