x86/platform/intel-mid: Make several arrays static, to make code smaller

Don't populate arrays on the stack, instead make them static.
Makes the object code smaller by 76 bytes:

Before:
   text	   data	    bss	    dec	    hex	filename

After:
   text	   data	    bss	    dec	    hex	filename
