tg3: use flush_work_keventd()

tg3: use flush_work_keventd()

Convert tg3 over to flush_work_keventd().  Remove nasty now-unneeded deadlock
avoidance logic.

(akpm: bypassed maintainers, sorry.  There are other patches which depend on
this)
