ANDROID: dm: android-verity: adopt changes made to dm callbacks

v4.4 introduced changes to the callbacks used for
dm-linear and dm-verity-target targets. Move to those headers
in dm-android-verity.

Verified on hikey while having
BOARD_USES_RECOVERY_AS_BOOT := true
BOARD_BUILD_SYSTEM_ROOT_IMAGE := true
