perf unwind: Use LIBUNWIND_DIR for remote libunwind feature check

perf unwind: Use LIBUNWIND_DIR for remote libunwind feature check

Pass LIBUNWIND_DIR to feature check flags for remote libunwind
tests. So perf can be able to detect remote libunwind libraries from
arbitrary directory.
